Each player may hold only one active 888j account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 888j support immediately at support@888j.cash. 888j will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
888j recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. This is available in your account security settings at no cost.
888j is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. The documents typically required include:
888j may request KYC documents at registration, at the time of your first withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform if our security team deems it necessary. Your account and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until KYC is completed satisfactorily. 888j may request additional documentation beyond the standard list if circumstances require it.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 888j account within seconds in most cases. IBFT bank transfers typically credit within 30–60 minutes, subject to your bank's processing schedule. Card deposits credit within 5–15 minutes. You must only deposit funds from payment methods that you own and are authorised to use. 888j does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside 888j's control and are borne by the player.
Withdrawals from 888j are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering measure and applies without exception. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Processing times are estimates and may be longer during periods of high platform volume, public holidays, or where KYC verification is pending. 888j does not charge withdrawal fees. All stated times are for requests submitted after KYC verification is complete.
A withdrawal request will only be processed after KYC verification is complete and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. 888j reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which may result in temporary delays while checks are completed.
888j offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
888j actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotions in a way inconsistent with normal recreational play, placing offsetting bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or colluding with other players to extract bonus value. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting at 888j:
All bets at 888j are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. 888j reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at any time. Bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a system error or pricing mistake may be voided at 888j's discretion, with stakes returned.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, results are determined by the official scorecards published by PCB, ICC or the relevant board. 888j does not use unofficial or social media sources to settle markets. In the event of a postponement, abandonment or other exceptional circumstance, the specific rules for that market type will determine settlement — these are documented in the individual sport rules available on request from support.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. There may be a delay between placing a bet and confirmation during live play. During this period, odds may change. If odds change between placing and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. 888j is not responsible for bets placed based on publicly available score information that differs from the live state of play at the time of bet acceptance.
888j reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, corruption, inside information or any other activity that compromises the integrity of the event. Bets voided on these grounds will have stakes returned.
Casino games at 888j — including live dealer tables and digital slots — are provided by third-party licensed game providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Playtech. By playing these games you also agree to the relevant provider's terms of service, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Digital casino games (slots, virtual table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment — real shuffled card decks, physical roulette wheels and dice — dealt on camera. 888j does not and cannot influence the outcome of any game on the platform.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the round will be completed by the dealer and settled according to the outcome. 888j is not responsible for losses resulting from your internet connection failing during a live game round. For slots and digital games, if a technical error causes a game to malfunction in a way that renders the result void, the stake will be returned.
