These providers have their own privacy policies and are responsible for the data they hold.
Game Providers
Your username, account identifier and session token are shared with licensed game providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Playtech to enable you to access their games on the 888j platform. These providers do not receive your name, CNIC, address or payment details.
Identity Verification Providers
Where automated KYC verification is used, your identity documents are processed by a specialist third-party verification provider under a strict data processing agreement with 888j. Documents are used solely for verification and are not retained by the provider beyond the period required for the verification to be completed.
Legal & Regulatory Authorities
888j will disclose personal data to law enforcement, regulatory authorities or courts when legally required to do so. - Account data — Retained for the duration of your active account plus 5 years after account closure, in accordance with AML record-keeping requirements
- KYC documents — Retained for 5 years from the date of verification, as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations

888j will only send you direct marketing communications — promotional offers, bonus notifications, new game announcements — if you have given your explicit consent to receive them at registration or through your account settings.
